    How do you handle data privacy and confidentiality?

    Employee responses are anonymised at the source and reported only at department or cohort level — never as individual identifiers. We sign NDAs as standard, store data on India-region infrastructure, and delete raw response data on engagement close (or sooner, on request). No client logos or quotes are ever used without written consent.
