Shivani Rawat
Co-Founder, MeHAN | New Delhi
HR and L&D professional with over a decade of experience in workforce development and behavioural change. Practitioner certifications in behavioural psychology (CBT, DBT, MET, SEL, TAT), ISTD trained, and Youth Advisor at UNICEF YuWaah for Skilling and entrepreneurship. Shivani has led strategy interventions for organisations including HDFC, Coding Ninjas, Herkey, DSSW, University of Delhi, Christ University, Brickhill Realtors, and Medha — working across workforce readiness, behavioural change, and capability development.
She is the author of MeHAN's primary research study, "The Geography of Skills: A Comparative Training Needs Analysis (TNA) of AI Readiness Among Future Professionals in Metro and Tier-2/3 Cities" — one of the earliest India-specific studies examining how AI readiness varies across urban and emerging geographies. As part of this research, she developed two original instruments: the AI Readiness Gap Index (ARGI) and the AI Readiness Assessment Tool (ARAT), which form the methodological backbone of MeHAN's diagnostic framework.
At MeHAN, she leads all client engagements — from the initial AI Investment Pulse Check debrief to the full organisational adoption intervention. She also hosts "In Conversation With," a weekly podcast featuring Indian business leaders on AI adoption and the human side of workplace transformation.
Her approach is research-first and data-driven: AI adoption fails not because of technology, but because of human barriers — fear, resistance, leadership gaps, and culture. She diagnoses these barriers with proprietary instruments and fixes them with behavioural interventions that deliver measurable change.
Featured Voice on PoSH Regulation in Corporate Governance imperative in the prestigious June 2026 edition of the ISSN-certified Economic Digest of the Maharashtra Economic Development Council (MEDC).
