    Become a MeHAN Certified Trainer – AI Practitioner (MCT-AIP)

    The MCT-AIP track is for experienced trainers, L&D leaders and independent practitioners who want to deliver MeHAN's AI adoption programmes inside Indian organisations.

    Certified trainers get access to our 5-Dimension Adoption Framework, diagnostic instruments, facilitator guides and a shared pipeline of client engagements across India.

    BD Associate – Revenue Share Model

    If you have a strong network among Indian CHROs, CXOs or L&D heads, you can earn alongside MeHAN by introducing us to companies that need AI adoption, POSH or manager effectiveness work.

    BD Associates work on a transparent revenue share for every engagement they originate, with no exclusivity and no upfront commitment.

    Associate POSH Consultant

    We work with qualified Associate POSH Consultants — typically lawyers, IC members or HR practitioners with prior POSH experience — to deliver training, IC support and inquiries across India.

    If you are PoSH-certified and want to collaborate on client engagements, write to us with a short note on your background.
