All content — frameworks, diagnostics, sample reports, essays, the 5-Dimension Adoption Framework, and the visual brand — is the intellectual property of MeHAN. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish in full or use our content in commercial training without written permission.

2. Pulse check & sample reports

The free pulse check provides indicative scoring for orientation only. It is not a substitute for the full team-wide diagnostic. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from the snapshot alone.

3. Advisory engagements

Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed scope of work. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.

4. Third-party links

We link to external resources (e.g. our pulse check tool). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

5. Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeHAN is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or its resources.
